It’s the primary sanctuary in the home you’re planning with your builder. It’s the place where you can rest, recharge, take a bath and get away from commotion. It’s where you might read, write in a journal or enjoy your own taste in music, podcasts or movies.Time to plan a primary suite that both expresses the real you and makes you feel truly at ease. Also called the owner’s suite, this haven might exist on the main level or upstairs.Wherever the owner’s suite is, it’s wise to get involved in the details before construction begins. In their mission to keep home energy use and costs down by regulating indoor temperatures, California builders already install high-quality, high-density insulation. That insulation, along with low-emissive windows and doors with tight door seals, also helps keep out exterior noise.

Published Mon, 24 Feb 2025 04:47:15 GMT
