Aurora police homicide investigators on Wednesday were gathering evidence at the scene of a killing where a body was found.The body was found in 14600 block of E. 2nd Avenue, according to an Aurora Police Department tweet. (KRON) -- A man who police say kicked a toddler near a Hercules playground has been arrested for child endangerment, according to an incident report from the Hercules Police Department. (BCN) -- Aryan Rajesh Solanki died in the collision reported at 12:33 p.m. on Bellam Boulevard near Anderson Drive, sheriff's officials said. Solanki was riding a 2014 Yamaha motorcycle south on Bellam Boulevard when a 2014 Mercedes-Benz SUV going north tried to turn into a parking lot and crossed into the path of the motorcycle. Palo Alto basement prowler being investigated by police Solanki was unable to avoid the collision and struck the passenger side of the SUV, causing him to be ejected from the motorcycle, according to the Sheriff's Office. (KRON) - A Palo Alto resident discovered a man prowling in his basement Sunday night and police are now investigating the incident, according to a press release from the Palo Alto Police Department. The victim, a man in his eighties, was at home with his wife when he heard noises coming from the basement.Thinking an animal may have gotten inside, he went to investigate. After checking the basement, he found nothing out of the ordinary. As he went to lock the exterior door, he saw a man run up the stairs from the basement and head east on University Avenue, police said.
